For more information, visit ROLEWe are currently recruiting an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator with experience supporting Sales Cloud, CPQ/RCA and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) for GTM teams. This individual will be working in Certinia’s internal Salesforce org, which includes platform, internal and 3rd party managed packages. Experience with Agentforce and Slack would be advantageous.WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE Supporting the internal Certinia Salesforce.com (SFDC) OrgDesign, configure and administer SFDC including, but not limited to Custom Objects, Flow, Custom Fields, Validation Rules and Lightning PagesSupport the Quote to Order process through the creation of new SKU’s, resolving quote issues in the CPQ solution and monitoring the contracting process to ensure data integrity.
