Protech Staffing is hiring dependable, motivated Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in San Antonio! If you're ready to work, earn a paycheck, and gain valuable hands-on experience, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Assemble, package, and prepare products for production and shipment.
• Move materials and supply production lines.
• Inspect products to help ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable individuals with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work 10–12-hour shifts, frequent mandatory overtime, and Saturdays as needed.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.

Schedule & Location

Location: San Antonio, TX 78225

Shift Start Times: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM

Shift Length: 10–12 hours

Overtime: Frequent and mandatory, including Saturdays

Start Date: Immediate openings available
