Responsibilities: Review loan documents before each appointment, confirm signer identity, notarize correctly, and coordinate timely pickup or return of completed packages.
Qualifications & Skills: U.S. citizen with an active Notary Public commission. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a background check. Experience with loan signings a plus. Composed under pressure, professional, and an excellent communicator.
Job Requirements: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Chandler, Arizona.
Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
